My order arrived and the product itself was fine, so at least there’s that. But the packaging left a bad impression. The box looked cheap, wasn’t packed very neatly, and it was a bit crushed when it got here. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more put-together. It didn’t ruin the item, but it definitely made the whole purchase feel less nice than I hoped.

I had to return one item because the sizing just wasn’t right. I know people can be quick to assume refunds are a nightmare, but that wasn’t my experience with innblac.com. They replied fast, and the money came back without any real hassle. It did take a few days, but that’s normal, so I’m not going to complain about that. Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled.
